Vail Photography

With more than 30 years of experience as a professional photographer, including 13 years as a full-time photojournalist, I can document any special event, from a 200-person group photo to four days of activities, parties, conferences and award ceremonies.  I also offer photography workshops for beginners to advanced amateurs.

I have a complete line of photo and lighting equipment, including top-of-the-line digital cameras. I can provide prints from the images, put them on a disk, send them via e-mail, or post them on a private website. I have an excellent working relationship with a local photo lab, so in addition to a prompt turnaround for processing, I can obtain special services such as an overnight turnaround, should it be requested.

If contracted for a job, I will arrive on time and dressed appropriately for the event and will never send a substitute. However, I am able to subcontract other professional photographers if more than one is needed.

I’m very happy to photograph each event with the style required, whether it’s more of an unobtrusive, “fly-on-the-wall” approach, or a orchestrating and posing photographs or a combination of the two. Communication is the key – discussing beforehand what sort of images we would like to produce from each event.

Once the customized pricing for your event is approved, I will provide a contract so you will know exactly what will be received, how much it will cost and when delivery of the product can be expected.
